AglowTech is a twenty-first century state-of-the-art training and skill development center. The Center was founded in early 1999 and located in the friendly and thriving city of Union, New Jersey. It was established mainly to address the gap between the need to obtain an education or training and the ability to easily secure a high-paying or lucrative job.

The problem is that employers are more interested in applicants that have demonstrable and practical experience in a particular problem domain. However, training or education does not provide one with the requisite experience or skill development. Most training facilities and centers are more interested in teaching their students what they need to pass the applicable certification exams. However, most experiences and skills are developed in production environment where one has the opportunity and responsibility to apply the training knowledge to real world problems. Consequently, most people who undergo training still need to be employed in a production environment in order for them to develop the experience and skill.
